What if there are errors in this petition? These are the ones I noticed to far:
1. They have us both residing in a county that we do not live in.
2. We both agreed to a no fault divorce. But it says that I totally disregarded the marital vowes and obligations and been guilty of a course of extreme and repeated mental cruelty, without provocation or cause therefore.
4. That we split the property. But we agreed I would keep the house.
5. And it says nothing in here about joint custody of our children.
She said that she has told them several times to clear these matters up. But they didn't and sent it out like this anyway. They told here that is was a "standard" form. Is this true? Why would I have to sign something with so many errors in it?
