What is the name of your state? Ohio

Hello,

I was cited for obstructing justice (Ohio code 2921.32. I was unwilling to let a police officer know that a child who had run away from home (and in my opinion, justifiable so) was in my home. I wanted the parents of the child to speak to the police first before apprehending the child.

With that in mind, what misdemeanor classification would this be under? Would it be a "minor misdemeanor" or perhaps a "Class 4 misdemeanor".

Any comments would be appreciated.

Regards,

David in Ohio
