In about a week, I am going to court against Sears Roebuck.

I have all my paperwork and see that I have charged $2993 and

have paid $3854 since 1995. In interest and late payments

during the same time, sears has charged me around $5200.

I am being sued for $5300.00!!!! Help me, I shouldnt have to

pay this outrageous amount. I havent charged anything on the

card since 99 and sears is trying to take me to the cleaners!

Where you just making minimum payments on the account?

The amount Sears is demanding, is that interest and late charges only or is there still a balance owing on purchases you made.
