can your employer force you to stay overtime if you don't want to if you are a full time worker and are already scheduled for 40 hours that week? if so is there a limit to the number of hors of overtime? and to my understanding you are entitled to two breaks and an hour lunch if you work 8 hours or more. is this true? what is the law for the timing of these breaks?
