What is the name of your state? florida
landlord/tenent suit over alleged physical damages. we, the plaintiffs and tenents, have pictures at exit of property. and already have submitted them in discovery.
Q; can i enlarge the ones which most clearly depict proof of non-damage? are there legal issues as to identifying them to their smaller counterpart?
trial's coming up and i fear that some of the original pictures have shadows and/or anomolies in the processing. some other pictures are extremely clear as to the actual condition of the walls.
i would like to obviously emphasize these pictures.
thanks a bunch!
