Posting wages

Negotiations are in process for a new contract at the nursing home where I work, and our administrator recently posted several copies of the wages of all the union employees. These computer print-outs were left on bulletin boards throughout the building, and in employee break rooms. Is this a breach in confidentiality?

Ask your union representative. It is probably okay under their negotiations to post this information. If not, contact the union about this.
