What is the name of your state? NY
My question is whether the definition of trespass could be expanded to include adverse effects from amplified noise (like car boom boxes.). Today I experienced one of these boom box vehicles that caused so much vibration that it actually shook something off the wall and damaged it. I remember taking a legal course in college, and the definition of trespass included aircraft that flew low enough over your property that it was considered trepass (obviously not because you were using this airspace over your house, but because it interfered with the enjoyment of your property because of vibation etc. )? Any opinions welcome.
