What is the name of your state? MI

I have a friend that got married in Sarasota, Florida. They moved to MI for a while and had a daughter while they lived here. They moved back to Florida and he left her and filed for divorce there. She moved back to MI before the divorce was final. All that he had in the divorce ended up to be final because she had no way to go down there to contest it. He now lives in Ohio.
She wants to change some of the visitation rights and get the child support payments raised.
Can she do either here in MI??

Thanks for any help or suggestion.

You may want to visit the custody, visitation, childsupport area on this one. There are many people on there that have great advice, and they do answer your questions over there!!.Good Luck!
