I am Raghavan Anand Balaji from chennai,India . My H1B non-immigrant VISA
was rejected last yr(dec 99)in chennai consulate on 212(a) 6c " makes a
material misrepresentation to the consuler " . I had a offer from PINNACLE
Systems NJ, USA in June 99 and subsequently they have filed a H1B petition(aug 3 99) and a LCA on my behalf . I left on a Bussiness VISA thru my employer (SIPTECH and Exports, India) for training to USA in the month
of Aug 99. This was a drop-box VISA.
The VISA was issued.

1) Should i disclose the fact that a H1B petition and LCA was filed by Pinnacle Systems USA to the chennai consulate in India ,prior leaving on the Business Visa in AUG thru SIPTECH. India??

Is this the cause for misrepresentation?

I also re-represented my case explaining the chronology of events and the circumstances under which my H1B/B1 was filed, but again US
consulate have refused me on P6C.

Is there anyway i can prove my innocence ????
Apart from this all my degree and experience is genuine and notarised.

Please advice([email protected]).

Expecting a positive response from ur side .
