I am married for 4 months. However, religiously we aren't married yet so I live w/ my parents. I would like to know how late can I file for an annulment? We can't work things out, too many religious differences are being brought up by him now, when all these issues were first discussed before getting married! Please give me advice as for Illinois residence what my options are and how late can I file the annulment? Do both of us have to agree on the terms of reasons?
