Profit Sharing/ESOP

I live in TX, but previously lived/worked in Las Vegas NV. That company had a profit sharing/ESOP plan. Since leaving their employment, I have followed all of their prescribed directions for getting the funds but to no avail. To what state/federal regulatory agencies can I send a complaint?

Contact the department of employment in Nevada about this. If the company was a large one with a main office in another state, contact the department of employment in that astate about this. You can also contact the HR department about the nonreturn of your money.
