I am a shop steward for my local union, a fellow union member is being harassed by a member of management for not having "relations" with them. Also, the management person is trying to get people for whom we care for to turn the union member in for abuse/neglect. I did tell union member to seek legal advice while i did some research on this, as our contract has no provisions for this type of harassment. Help?
