California. A friend of mine has been legally divorced for almost 5 years. Her and her ex-husband went through a non-contested divorce in California. At that time her husband at the time did not want any of their property. Now after all this time, he calls her up and tells her he wants half of the property. My question is this: Does he have a legal leg to stand on or is he just using this to harass and stress her? They both signed paperwork in front of the judge agreeing to the terms. She was given the furniture.

Thanks in advance.

Joe
