I am a supervisor in an office. There is another supervisor (sup.#1) however that is over the entire office, and then he has a supervisor (sup #2). If sup. #1 touches someone that I am over in an inappropriate way, is it my responsibilty to try to stop it, or should it be the responsibility of sup. #2? No formal complaint was made to me, I am just wondering what my liability would be if a complaint was made..
