Is it a Florida Law or "requirement" of a Felony Probation Officer to intentionally notify your employer that you have been placed on felony probation for 12mos for resisting arrest w/vio in a domestic violence case? or is this a violation of your privacy/constitutional rights unless the charge was sexually related.... Help!

I don't want to lose a job a be on welfare any comments can help.... I have posted this on the criminal law side also.
