How many hours can they make me work?

I have a friend whos job is telling her that she has to work 7 days a week as management or find another job. this is because one of the managers found a better job and the other 2 refuse to work Sundays or an extra day every other week. The other managers said they have senority because they have worked there longer and that even though she's married she doesn't have kids so it isn't necessary to spend time with her family.she already works plenty of over time and she often works 9-11 hours on her shift each day. that seems like a lot of hours to be made to work not to mention discrimination because she doesn't have kids. She works in the state of Colorado.
