What is the name of your state? Florida

UPON WINNING, COURT COSTS CAN BE GRANTED.

HOW ABOUT DEPOSITION COSTS?

I took one deposition on main defense witness for about $300.

UNDER WHAT, IF ANY, CIRCUMSTANCES CAN I GET THAT BACK, IF I WIN?

Thanks for your help.

you should have it written somewhere in your requests to the court, I've seen the language that reads "Defendant's shall reimburse Plaintiff's costs and expenses, including attorney's fees (not applicable in your case), incurred in connection with or related to this action."

THANKS

I will look for some examples of such "language" and include it.

Thanks again for your reply
