What is the name of your state? TEXASI WAS A SUPERVISOR OF A GROUP FOR A MEDICAL SUPPLY COMPANY AN RECENTLY WAS UNJUSTLY FIRED AN WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHERE I STAND WITHIN THE LABOR LAWS! HERE IS THE CASE IN WHICH I WAS FIRED. MONEY CAME UP MISSING FROM A CASH DRAWER AN THE HEAD AREA BOSS DECIDED THAT IF NO ONE CONFESSED THAT ALL WOULD BE FIRED AN UPON CONFRONTING US NO ONE CONFESSED EVEN THOUGH EVERY ONE PRETTY MUCH KNEW WHO IT WAS! WELL WITH THAT BEING SAID THREE OF US WHERE FIRED ON THE SPOT WITH THE EXCEPTION OF TWO LONG TERM EMPLOYEES WHO ALSO HAD ACCESS TO THE CASH DRAWER! IS THIS LEGAL FOR HIM TO FIRE ALL OF US FOR ONE PERSONS ACTIONS?

Please don't post messages in all caps - it makes it very hard to read.

Yes, it was legal for you and selected others of your co-workers to be fired for suspicion of theft, or for any other reason except a specifically prohibited one, such as due to your age, gender, race, religion, in retalliation for filing a claim or complaint with a gov't agency, etc.

The situation being unfair does not make it illegal.

From an employment law perspective, that doesn't mean a thing. No laws require an employer be fair, just, or even use common sense.

You're understandably applying criminal law standards here but they just don't matter as it relates to your situation.
