Can I See It???

Do I have a right to see what is in my personal file? I am a little nervous about something that may have been put in there by Human Resources...

Are there any laws that may prevent me from getting my file??

Yes you have the right to see what is in your personnel file. Usually you have to go down to the personnel office or Human Resources and look at the file there. You also have the right to have a copy of all documents in there that you signed. OK?
