What is the name of your state? Florida
I have a judgement against an attorney.Everything he owns is in joint names but recently he has sold half of his share in his residence to his wife. I was told he could not do this and although ,because of homestead exemption I can't make him sell, if he does I should be paid.
Is this another case of good old debtor's paradise florida? If so there was no point in getting a judgement in the first place?
