I answered a few "swinger's ads" about 23 years ago. It was my employer at that time posting ads to receive replys. I quickly found another job.
But, those letters followed me to the next job, and the next, and the next and are still following me. Even from one state to the next.
I work in a very competitive profession. And they use this to get more work out of you, try to make you feel guilty and not increase your salary and so on.
I was so depressed about it some time back that I drank and frequented "nudie bars" and was followed and photographed for corroborating evidence.
All of this still follows me.
In my current situation, one of the principals(A) got copies of those 23 yr old letters and mailed them to me at work, giving the appearance that they were current but being rejected by the recipient and returned to me.
Of course, the mailed is opened for distribution by a female secretary and word is passed throughout the office quickly, except to me.
Another principal(B) was told about the letters, found out that they were being sent by the other principal(A), and, I actually heard him say "No, not like that, he can sue us for that."
From that point, Principal B, the president of the company, with the assistance of the Personnel Director spent many hours contacting all of my former employers to dig up dirt.
They installed, without my knowing, software on my computer to track websites that I visited. At that point I feared that they would fake some visits to porno sites. As a preventative, I emailed a half dozen people in the office, including the Personnel Director, asking for assistance in uninstalling my browser without disconnecting my email, for I needed email to function in my job but not the web. This tipped off the fact that I knew what they were up to.
Principal B continued his coverup of Principal A's mistake by calling a "secret" meeting of 8 or 10 people in the office with whom I need to associate. I really don't know the exact nature of his instructions at that meeting. But from the reactions I got afterwards, he made it look like I was a real sexual deviate and was to be watched whenever I went to the restroom, etc. I've worked with these people for a year, they know better. The human heart has a sensor that cannot be obscured by words.
By the way, I have been happily married for almost 28 years to a wonderful woman who knows all about this.
The campaign against me by Principal B continued until, I think because I heard a few words here and there, my friends openly told him that they wouldn't stand for anymore and they felt that I was the victim in this situation, although they didn't say anything to me.
Now we're in the "we got this guy" mode and they are loading me up with work and may never, ever give me a salary increase or bonus.
I'm 57 years old. I don't need a sparkling career. I just need to work a few more years for reasonable comfort in my retired years. I never even tried to climb the ranks of the corporate ladder and certainly not run for President of the United States.

No one has ever come forward to say that they would testify on my behalf. I really can't expect people to put their livelyhood on the line for me. Although, I do believe that it is basic to the human spirit to see justice prevail.

Is there anything I can do?
