i live in minnesota and the company i work for mandates what we can or can't do on our breaks. on my shift we work 12 hour nights,in that 12 hours we get 2 10 min. breaks 1 30 minute break (unpaid) and 1 15 min. break. company policy is no smoking on company property. at the same time they tell us we cannot leave company property at break times. i and alot of other smokers at work were wondering if we can do anything about this or if we have a legal leg to stand on. any information would help.
