I am 60 and recieving SS disability. The disability is directly related to smoking.
I have vested retirement from an international tobacco co. that i am not drawing yet. MY QUESTION is could i get additional monies and medical benefits, and how would i find an atourney to help me with this???

Your vested benefits have nothing to do with your ss disability payments. If you are entitled to pension benefits, then you should contact the HR dept. of your employer to find out when and how to collect these payments.
