A16yr old is questioned about $1500 worth of vandleism to football feld. He was not involved. Adults can testify to him being with them at the time. Questioning continues daily at school. Threats of expulsion are made. His name has been given as having info about that night.Brothers are to be pulled from class tomorrow and questioned about him.
1.How long can questioning and accusations continue before it becomes harrassment?
2.Can he be punished from the school if he does not tell what he has "heard" but not seen about the vanelism.
Can he be charged even if was with adults at the time. The ONLY evidence they have is kids saying they heard him talking. He will not give any info. about who did this because he did not see it happen.
