Okay, my situtation is a bit complicated, but then whose isn't? I lived in Vegas 8 years ago. At which time I was charged with credit card fraud. Needless to say, I left the state of Nevada and moved to Colorado. Will, unfortuately, I got into a fight and got a third degree assault charge. So what are my questions?
1st-what is the statue of limitations for credit card fraud in Nevada?
2nd-Can I be extradited?
3rd-Can Colorado hold me and make me do time here for my Nevada crime?
4th-What am I looking at for third degree assault?
I really appreciate any advise!!
