What is the name of your state? GA

The problem:
I was offered a position out of state and was offered relocation
assistance. However at the time of the offer there were no terms
that were mentioned to me verbally or in writing tied to the
relocation.
However two days after I relocated. There were a couple of
new terms that were "thrust" upon me which I feel are pretty
restrictive given that they did not mention it to me earlier. I
have been given no choice but to sign those terms (which have
been termed as new company policy). Am I obligated to sign
these?
Thanks

Obligated? No.
Subject to termination if you don't? Probably.

Unless you have a contract or collective bargaining agreement, you are an 'at will' employee. This simply means that the company can terminate your employment without any reason or justification (it just can't be discriminatory). So, what could/would happen to you if you were to refuse this 'new policy'??

Thanks for the reply Halket,
I've not pushed the envelope to find out the consequences of not
signing it. However, I'm trying to negotiate the terms if possible.
Thanks again!
