What is the name of your state? Virginia

The other day I got a parking ticket for parking in a loading zone. The sign was a 2 hour parking sign with restrictions listed below it. I found a ticket on my windshield and when I went to pay it online, I relized that the date on the ticket is September 18, 2005! does this incorrect date (off by 3 years) give me grounds to contest the ticket and avoid the $60 charge?

Yes, you can contest the ticket. You have a very slim chance of getting it dismissed though. Might be worth a try.
