What is the name of your state?
California
I am a restaurant Manager that is paid by salery.
lately the company is cutting back on the labor budget for the hourly workers. this means in order for me to meet the buddget I now have to cut back on their hours and now I am working a 12 hour day with no increase in pay. Who am I? worker or Management. I do the hiring and firing of the employee at my location. I spend more than 8 hours doing hourly employee work.
Is this right, no over time pay because I am paid a salery.
