The 14th amendment never received the necessary 2/3rds vote required by the US Senate. It was never ratified by 3/4ths of the states.
Why is this unconstitutional conspiracy allowed to continue by all three branches of our Federal Empire? Why do all politicians, judges, etc. refuse to even look at this pathetic abuse of the radical republicans of 1868.
