What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania

My husband was terminated from his job about 1 month ago. He was to have been paid reinbursement money for travel and training expenses and has yet to receive this monty. Two weeks ago, he was told he would be paid in a week to 10 days and still has received no money. His pages and calls are not being returned.
What is the law governing this?

Unless he has a contract that says otherwise, he is not owed this money by law. If the company is willing to reimburse him, great, but it's going to have to be on their terms because he has no legal "right" to it.

If the company has a policy or practice of reimbursing employees for business travel expenses, he can try to recoup the monies through small claims court however.
