i was rear-ended by a non-insured motorist. motorist was sited. min damage to my car, (rear end bumper plus internal cd player damage) but suffered severe whiplash ( tmj area and neck) started pt b/c of pain. missed some work. my insurance has sent letters and left vioce mails inquiring the motorist insurance. they have gotten no response from the motorist. is this worth getting a lawyer involved since it is state law in oh to have auto insurance at time of an accident?
