What is the name of your state? north carolina My husband had our legal seperation papers drawn up and the date on them when we seperated is wrong. I did sign them at the time because he told me it was imprtant that he have them back by the next day. They are off by 9 days-9 days that we were still living together-are these papers still legal-since both of us signed them and had them notorized. Also our we still legally seperated if we got together and made love twice before the papers were drawn up and once after the papers were done?
