any advice on annullment or divorce from spouse in prison would be greatly appreciated. husband and i were married while he was in jail. please help

DIVORCE. You can't get an annulement unless there was some sort of fraud involved ie: one party was not of age, already married to someone else or duress. It shouldn't be that hard to do, see one of those 149.00 lawyers. You'll be a free woman in 6 months.
Now, stay away from the criminals. I don't care how cute they look or how romantic it might seem...they aren't worth your time, your money and will only drag you into their never ending playpen with them.
