Was a partner in a corporation. I purchased a truck in my name. Registered to me. Truck was insured through company. I leased truck to co. Partner allowed wife to drive without permisson or knowledge. She had accident. I do not know if she has valid liscence. Commercial inurance co. denied claim due to unauthorized driver. Am I personally responsible. Phoenix, Arizona
