What is the name of your state? IL
I was charged with manufacturing of Meth..However I don't know how to manufacture meth. therefore the charges are false..I did have in my possesion some ephidrine..And I also have some shop towels that may have had some bleach on them..When they tested these shop towels at the station the test results showed a positive for Meth.
So if by accident some of the ephidrine (tablet form) came in contact with the paper shop towels that had bleach on them, would that be enough for them to get a postive test result?
I hope my question is clear enough to understand..
Thanks

Meth Charges

I had the ephedrine because I do take it..And I will admitt that I
sometimes might take more than I should..I had 120 tablets..
I believe 58 were already gone from the packages..120 tablets is
the purchase of 2 boxes with 60 in each pack...
But regardless of that and howmany I had..I don't understand
how I can be charged with the producing of Meth..
Thanks

Here are a couple of more questions..
The samples of shop towels for which they claim were tested and
tested postive for Meth..Are being sent to a crime lab..Are the
crime lab tests more accurate? They tests that the police did are
just field tests..
I also had a drug test about 2 days after my arrest which came up
negative for any type of drug..
And as far as I know ephidrine is a legal drug to buy..
