:( Hi !!!!! i finally found how to post yeahhh
my question is
My daughter fell and broke her leg at a courhouse in ft wayne indiana .Imagine our surprise when we found out that you cant sue your goverment offices .The same poeple that wrote the law made sure that you cant sue them .HERE IS HER STORY
Last year she was arrested on a bad check charge .She was fined and made restetuion and never gave it another thought .Then about a month ago they came and arrested her on that same charge since somehow it wasnt ever taken out of the system . She had to spend a night in jail and went to court the next day and the judge asked her guilty or not guilty ?She didnt get a chance to explain and was send home to come back in 3 weeks to make sure her fine was paid etc .
When she went back the courtroom was very crowded and she attemted to go up front to get her case number.Well she tripped and broke her leg in 3 places and had to have surgery .We got all her papers together to prove to the court that it was a mistake and she shouldnt have been picked up to begin with .Well they didnt fine her again and put it down as fines waived etc .Imagine our surprise when we just found out that you cant sue your goverment office .How on earth is she going to recover all her medical expenses ????plus she will be off for a total of a year because needs physcal therapy and somebody to help her at home .She can just now make it with a walker to the bathroom .Ithink its a shame that the same goverment that makes the law protects themselves by excluding themselves from a lawsuit .If anyone has any ideas please help !!!!!!!

the reason she fell was because the courthouse is so small capacity maybe 100 but on any given day its at least 150 people or more maxi:(

No, what caused her to fall? Many people in a room does not mean your daughter had to fall. Did anyone else fall?
