I live in Texas and was just involved in a not at fault accident. I dont know yet if my car is repairable.
I still owe 11800 on the car but was about to trade it in for a larger vehicle. The car dealer told me to tell the insurance company to substitute collateral. What is this and how can I get it to work for me?
