on thanksgiving i got busted with less than a 1/2 once of pot i am being charged with possesion without intent to distrbute. but six months ago i got DUI with 30 days in jail suspended on good behavior. what are teh chances of getting at least weekends or work release? should i even get a lawyer or am i just screwed

If you want to get the best disposition possible in your case, get a lawyer. I don't think you are just screwed.
