juvenile record in another state's court?

What is the name of your state? OR. I received marijuana posession charge in oregon, but i'm on probation in the diversion program in washington for a posession charge when I was 17. My trial is 2 weeks after my probation ends, but the incident happened a month before. If I plead not guilty and the judge finds me guilty will the charge go on my record as the date of incident or date of judgement? Will Oregon have a record of my juvenile record at the time of my trial and see that I was on probation at the time of the incident?
