What is the name of your state? TX

I own a home in TN (in my name only). I left my ex-bf because of drug activity and fear for my own safety. The plan is to sell the house later this year. He is making payments on the home.

I basically walked away and have nothing to do with the home. I still technically own the home. If he is arrested on any drug charges (or other criminal charges), am I culpable in any way? Could the home be seized? Could I face any charges for letting him stay in my house?

if he is selling drugs out of the house, there is a possibility the house can be declared a nuisance and seized by the state.

why would let your ex remain in your house? Evict him and move back in.

Oh ya, if he stops making payments on the house, you will be liable for payments since you are on the mortgage.

I thought about this one, too. And Stephenk might clarify. But if you ever go to that house for any reason, (and it's in your name), I think you can also get charged with maintaining a dwelling, which could be big trouble for you.
