my husband wants to adopt my daughter with my ex-boyfriend. She is now 8 years old.

Her biological father is willing to sign over his legal rights.

Do I have to have an attorney to do the adoption. this will be an uncontested adoption.

My ex-boyfriend lives in Massachusetts. What steps do I need to take.

How much will this cost.
