What is the name of your state? Indiana
I filed divorce and a restraining order against my husband that stole my identiy, convenience checks, credit cards. I did not list the debt being informed that in Indiana it is a cival matter. My only hope is the bank companies Fraud Agents as far as the credit cards. I felt that since Indiana is 50/50 that I need not drag that mess thru court.
Am I correct? Should I drag out the divorce till all affadavits are answered and why? I filed without an attorney//
