What is the name of your state? va
in the seperation agreement it states that i cannot have anyone at my house between the hours of 9pm and 9am can the ex make it so that same request is kept in even after the divorce is final for peace of mind i need an answer quickly

In VA, unless you change it in your divorce, then the seperation order still stands. It takes a court order to change a court order...even if it's not addressed at the hearing. It all needs to be brought out during the divorce proceedings...or modified later.
