What is the name of your state? I live in the state of florida. I was rear-ended in july of 1999. The insurance company has refused to settle out of court, and the trial is on this coming monday. My problem is with my attorney. They have known that we were going to trial since the last of last year, and now just days before the trial they are harassing me about my witnesses; I need to get in touch with them, I will not be able to use them if the attorney cannot talk with them before monday. Am I just stupid, or should this lawyer have had all of these areas covered long before now?
