What is the name of your state? Ohio.
After our dissolution in 1997, I loaned my ex-wife approx. $10,000 for tuition on a verbal agreement that she would pay it back. Last spring she made her first and only payment on it ($425). Now she is refusing further payment.
Do I have any recourse? Does her payment constitute proof that she considered the loan a binding debt?
