What is the name of your state? maine. my wife was injured by another employee at her job, she went to the doctor for the injury and was told is was only a bruised ankle. about a year later she was told she needed surgery to the ankle.after the surgery and rehab workers comp closed her case, now shes having all kinds of problems with the ankle who is to blame? does she have any legal rights in this matter?any help would be appreciated thank you ray

she never put in a claim against workers comp, her work automatically put her on comp when she had the operation and after the scheduled length of rehab was over and she returned to work the comp ended its been over a year since the surgery and she no longer works at that job she has tried to contact the workers comp people to let them know something is still wrong with her ankle but gets no response what to do? ray.
