planting of evidence?

How common is it for police officers to plant evidence???

And are the police more likely to plant evidence if after they arrest
you they discover they were wrong in making the arrest???

And how would you go about proving this if it is their work against
yours???

Um you prove the police wrong, by showing your high school diploma, but showing you have a job and havent miss work in say a year or two,

You prove it by never even been arrested before , you prove it by having insurance/registration on your car, you prove it by being a squeeky clean responsible citizen.

Then you have a chance, to argue it's a mistake.

It depends on the cop. If a cop arrests someone and then realizes it was a mistake they should face up to it..Does that happen all the time? No. Would a cop plant evidence to save their butt? Yes. I have seen it happen before and I am sure I will see it again.
Proving it depends on exactly what was done.
How often does it happen? Can't really answer that one.
