What is the name of your state? New Jersey
When I got home from work today there was a buisness
card placed in my door stating that the person who left
had slipped and hurt their knee on my sidewalk on Friday,
12/6.
This was one day after a snow storm had blanketed the
area. The previous day I had cleaned the sidewalk,
driveway, etc. While the sidewalk was not clear
down to the surface ( approximatley 1/4" remained )
it would not seem to cause any walking hazard
and by the general look of the neighborhood I was
as clear as many others.
The person states that I should call him to discuss this
which I feel is not proper. I have advised my insurance
carrier of this incident.
Any advice on what to do next or what to expect would be
appreciated. Thank you.
