Separation

What is the name of your state? Ohio

My daughter is now separated from her husband of seven years. By her taking an apartment for now, does she give up any of her rights to anything she may be entitled to when their divorce comes up? It is not a legal separation, she simply moved out.

I too am curious about this....
Soon to be Ex moved out and initially claimed that he wanted nothing. Now he wants half of all the household furnishings... MANY OF WHICH I HAVE BOUGHT SINCE HE LEFT!!!!!!!!
