What does the term " Assultive Crime Defined" mean corresponding with the charge 7403 mean? according to the charge 333.7403 2 A (v)

Same description is within 7401, 02 - just lacking term " Assultive Crime".

Does this state an act of assult was commited with the charge of possession?

Any info would be appreciated. This is my child's father that was charged. I need to know for my sanity.
